Reverend Lisa Bailey is an Ordained Elder in the Church of the Nazarene and serves as the President /CEO of “Becoming One Marriage Ministries Inc.”, Lisa and her husband Phillip founded this ministry in March of 2017, and are passionate about helping couples experience marriage the way God intends it to be. Pastor Lisa is the Senior Pastor at Reflection Church of the Nazarene and has served as an Associate Pastor at Grace Pointe Church of the Nazarene, Second Chance Church and Fishers Point Church. Together, Lisa and Phillip have led marriage retreats for the past 13 years. They have been married 40 years; have 5 sons and 10 beautiful grandchildren. When not ministering, they love spending time with their family, and visiting the beach.
